In addition to technical complex claims, Tim Akpinar represents commercial seamen with injuries sustained in the course of maritime employment as Jones Act seamen, which includes commercial fishermen, workboat, tugboat, towboat, riverboat crews as well as officers and crews of deep sea ocean going passenger ships, cargo ships and brown water mariners.
