1. Port Agency;
Acting on behalf of shipowners/charterers to handle loading or unloading of the following types of cargo:
- Breakbulk/General cargo
- Chemical/Liquid/Petroleum
- Drybulk/Grain/Minerals
- Livestock/RoRo/Project Cargo

2. Husbandry Agency(crew changes, hospitalizations, cash remittances, fresh water, ship spares delivery, etc.)

3. Protecting/Supervisory Agency(monitoring of operations, conflict resolution, control of expenses, etc.)

4. Special Agency Services(Groundings, Collisions, Lay-up, Damage Claims, Drydocking, Repairs, Salvage, Hold/Tank Cleaning)

5. Bunkering Agents(coordination of bunker call for delivery either alongside or at anchorage)

6. Cargo and Marine Logistics(cargo handling and stowage matters, stevedoring, storage/warehousing, fumigation, trucking, etc)
